GD-570 Moly Paste

- Applications

GD-570 Moly Pasteis a general purpose molybdenum disulfide (moly) compound. For motorcycles, use it for splines and swing arms. For firearms, use it to coat the bore; some have used it to coat bullets by smearing it on by hand.
GD-570 is also an antiseize applications for parts assembly, fasteners, press fittings, tapping, and boundary lubrication.

GD-570 provides uniform and durable boundary lubrication under extreme pressure, in wet or corrosive environments, and over a wide temperature range. Its coefficient of friction nearly approaches that of pure moly. A feature of GD-570 is its extensive ability to prevent rust. Guard Dog reduces friction and wear.

- How To Use
For motorcycles, apply to a surface free of grease and solvent. Burnish (“rub”) on and in steel or other metal surfaces with a clean, lint-free cloth. Use sparingly--a little goes a long way. Leave a thin film if the intended use is a grease.
For firearms, as a bore lube and protectant, with a patch inserted in the slot of the rod, immerse the patch into the GD-570 to soak the patch, then run in and out of the bore a few times to make sure the moly is deposited uniformly on the surface of the bore, Then, use a clean patch to clean off excessive deposits of moly.
Warranty and Safety

Guard Dog warrants GD-570 to conform to published typical observations. GD-570 is safe to use when normal precautions are taken, as with any petroleum product. A Material Safety Data Sheet is available upon request.
